1. Who we are

Nexora builds ERP, Nexora Sales & Costing (sales, bag weight and cost software) and related industrial tools for the woven sack and packaging industry, and is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at info@nexoraofficial.org or on +91 92134 15996.

2. The calculators are indicative

The bag weight, GSM, denier, GPM, liner and fabric weight calculators on this site use common industry formulas together with default allowances for fold, hamming, patch, valve, coating width and waste. Those defaults are not your plant's. Tape properties, loom settings, trimming, sealing, machine tolerance and material specifications all vary between factories and between orders.

Results are indicative and are offered for checking and comparison. Any figure you rely on commercially — a quotation, a purchase order, a production plan or a contract — should be verified against your own constants, your own measured samples and your own process. Any rate shown in a calculator is an example, not a market price, and we do not represent it as one.

3. The invoice and quotation generator

The invoice and quotation generator is a formatting tool. It arranges what you type into a printable document. It performs no validation of legal or tax requirements.

In particular, and without limiting the above, it does not verify GSTIN or HSN/SAC codes; it does not determine place of supply, nor whether CGST and SGST or IGST apply; it does not enforce or validate an invoice numbering series; it does not generate an Invoice Reference Number, QR code or anything else required for e-invoicing; it does not produce an e-way bill; and it does not check tax rates, exemptions, reverse charge, TDS, TCS or any state, sectoral or export requirement.

You are solely responsible for confirming that every document you create with it and issue to any person complies with all applicable law, including the Goods and Services Tax legislation and rules, the Companies Act, and any other statutory, regulatory or contractual requirement that applies to you. We strongly recommend having your chartered accountant or legal adviser review the format before you issue documents from it.

4. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that any document produced here will be valid, complete or accepted by any customer, auditor or authority.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora, its proprietor, employees and associates shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools. This includes without limitation loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and any penalty, interest, demand, assessment, dispute or claim of any kind, whether legal, tax, regulatory or contractual.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Your data

The calculators and the invoice and quotation generator run entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us, and no logo you choose is uploaded — it is read on your own computer and drawn onto the page. Your own company details, terms and bank lines may be stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, purely so you do not retype them; you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Where you deliberately contact us — the demo form, the contact form, email or WhatsApp — we receive what you send and use it only to answer you. Specifications and rates you send us stay confidential and are not published or shared.

7. Intellectual property

The content, layout, text and design of this site belong to Nexora. The documents you create with the generator, and anything you type into it, belong to you, and we claim no right over them. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of this site's content, or present its tools as your own.

8. Software, licences and demos

The Nexora desktop applications are licensed separately under their own terms, which are provided with the licence. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Demo builds are time-limited, for evaluation only, and their output carries the same indicative status as the calculators here. Prices, features and availability described on this site may change without notice.

9. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control and are not responsible for that content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
