HR & payroll built for the factory floor
Loom operators on piece-rate, helpers on daily wages, staff on monthly salary, contractor labour on the side — one payroll that handles all of them, with attendance from the machine and wages that reconcile with production.
This module is on the roadmap and is not released yet. What is available today is Nexora ERP, Nexora Sales & Costing, Nexora Jobwork and Fabric Inventory. Tell us what you need from hr & payroll and we will build it against a real plant's requirement — .
Attendance & shifts
Biometric or manual punch, three-shift rosters, late marks, overtime, week-offs and holidays per plant.
Piece-rate wages
Rates per kg, per roll or per 1,000 bags by process — tied to the production entries so wages match output.
Daily & monthly pay
Daily-rated helpers, monthly staff and contractor gangs on one register with advance, loan and deduction tracking.
Payslips & registers
Wage register, payslips, bonus and leave records in formats your auditor and labour inspector expect.
PF / ESI ready
Statutory contribution calculations and export-ready returns, with employee master documents on file.
Labour cost per kg
Wages flow back into the costing as the real manpower resource rate per process — forecast meets actual.
Generic HR software does not know what a loom shift is
Woven sack plants pay people in three or four different ways at once, and the wage depends on production data that lives in another system. Nexora's payroll reads the production entries, so a piece-rate operator's wage for the month is computed from the rolls the loom actually produced.
