The fastest way to see whether Nexora fits your plant is to send one real bag, not a list of questions. A specification takes you two minutes to write and tells us more than an hour on a call.

Back you get, within one business day: the component-wise bag weight with the formula behind every value, the raw material the order needs, and — if you send your own rates — the costed Bill of Materials and the quotation sheet as your buyer would receive it. Your rates stay yours; we do not keep them, and nothing of your specification is published anywhere.

Where we are
Nexora is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and works with woven sack and flexible packaging plants across India. Implementation and plant study happen on your floor; demos, support, website and dashboard work are done remotely. We answer in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST. WhatsApp is read outside those hours too, and a breakdown on a licensed installation does not wait for Monday.

Can I try the software before buying?
Yes. Nexora Sales & Costing installs with a 7-day demo on your own PC — real engine, your own specs. We also run a live walkthrough on a call.
Do you visit the plant?
For ERP rollouts and implementations, yes — plant study happens on the floor. Demos, website work and support are done remotely.
We already use SAP / Tally / another ERP. Does Nexora fit?
Often, yes. Nexora Sales & Costing runs alongside any ERP, and we build integrations and reports on top of SAP and Tally as a service.
What do you need from me to show a costing?
One bag specification — construction, size, mesh and denier or GSM, coating and film if laminated, finishing, and the order quantity. If you want the money as well, your own material rates and process costs. They stay yours.
Will my specifications and rates stay confidential?
Yes. A specification you send is used to answer you and nothing else. On a licensed installation the data lives on your own machines — only counts and minutes reach the licence service, never a calculation, material, price or name.
How long does an implementation take?
Nexora Sales & Costing runs on the first day; the work is in the masters — your constructions, constants, materials and process rates — and that is usually one to three weeks depending on how many constructions you run. A full ERP rollout is module-wise and planned against your own calendar.
What languages do you work in?
English, Hindi and Gujarati, on calls and on WhatsApp. The software itself is in English, and Nexora AI takes and answers ગુજરાતી, हिन्दी and English.
How is pricing structured?
Products are licensed per company with seats per machine; services are fixed-scope projects, module-wise rollouts or annual contracts. Tell us your setup and we quote in writing.
